time2u provides a customised Clock On Clock Off timesheet solution. Perfect for managing teams in trade services, hospitality and retail.

time2u includes a robust scheduling portal for supervisors and administrators to assign and manage staff across multiple sites and jobs, providing comprehensive insights into workforce behaviours.

Once your business is setup through time2u.com.au supervisors can upload jobs and create schedules with multiple team members. All jobs are available through this timesheet mobile app, for you to start logging hours.

time2u TIMESHEET FEATURES:
Scheduled jobs available instantly – see upcoming jobs, including useful maps and job notes, all in your calendar
Clock On in real time – keep track of your logged time, add breaks, change sections in a job
Manually log time – there’s also the option to submit hours without using the Clock On feature
Log activities - such as annual leave or non-job related time (eg meetings)
Communicate to supervisors – within each timesheet you can add notes, photos and attachments
Receive notifications – never miss a start time for a job! Also receive messages when jobs are scheduled to you
Keep track of shifts – each shift is colour-coded, depending on its status. You will know if you need to update a shift, if it’s waiting to be approved, or if your supervisor has approved it
Supervisors can keep track of team members with job GPS location reporting
Workplace injury flag – where an injury is recorded in a timesheet, a WHS report is generated for management to take action.
